Optimise Therapies was born in 2016 when Susan first qualified in Swedish Massage. She originally operated as a mobile therapist and also rented a room in a local clinic part time. The business grew quickly, more therapy techniques were added on plus meditation classes and a range of Himalayan Salt Lamps.

In May 2021 having made it through numerous lockdowns and COVID restrictions Optimise Overflow yoga studio was opened where treatments, classes, workshops and Reiki training takes place.
