Smudging Sticks

White Sage – 10cm These great Sage Smudge Sticks are used for healing. The smoke is generally used to bless, cleanse and heal the person or object being smudged. Sage us used to cleanse the person from the outside world when entering into rituals, ceremonies and the like.

Smudge Sticks are bundles of dried herbs, quite often bound with string. The herbs are later burned as part of a ceremony or ritual.
