About Dry Cupping Therapy

Dry Cupping involves placing suction cups on your skin and then leaving them for a few minutes. You may feel pulling or a tight sensation, but it should not be painful. Some sessions also involve moving cups gently along the skin, known as moving cupping or massage cupping. Cupping is often used on the back, shoulders and legs but can be applied to many areas of the body depending on the condition being treated. The suction created increases blood flow, encourages lymphatic drainage, reduces muscle tension and promotes tissue repair. It is known to support a wide range of conditions, including :

.Chronic Pain, especially in the back and neck

  .Muscle Stiffness and sports injuries

  .Migraines and tension headaches

  .Stress and Anxiety

  .Fatigue and low energy

  .Digestive Issues

What is Dry Cupping ?
