Cancellation Policy – Updated January 1st 2025
All appointments require to be paid for in advance as a booking fee at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24hrs notice will be required if you wish to move your appointment, failure to provide
24hrs notice will result in the loss of the booking fee paid.
No refunds will be provided, if you can't make your scheduled appointment and have given the minimum
notice period your booking can be rescheduled.
If you cannot reschedule at the time, your booking fee will be reserved for you
(it cannot be transferred to anyone else) for 2 months from the date of the original appointment.
A booking can only be transferred twice.
It is your sole responsibility to rearrange your appointment.
If an appointment is booked over the phone the booking fee must be paid by bank transfer.
The appointment will be provisionally held for 2 hours, if payment is not received within that time period
the appointment will automatically be deleted.
