It’s understandable if you cannot make your treatment appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, an appointment that has not been cancelled has a detrimental impact on our business. It costs us a time and money loss and prevents other clients from accessing the service.

If you need to cancel your appointment, 48hrs notice is required to allow time for the appointment to be refilled.

If you fail to attend an appointment with no prior communication or less than 3 hrs before the commencement of your appointment, your appointment or you must still pay the total cost of the treatment. Unfortunately, we cannot book another appointment for you until the outstanding balance is received.

Any further bookings after a failure to attend will only be made at the discretion of Optimise Therapies and will require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

Classes must be paid for in advance and will only be transferred to a different class ( by the same instructor) if you give at least 24hrs notice.
